The following and attached addenda has been issued for the West Hill Neighborhood Construction Consultation Services Request for Proposals (RFP).
Addendum 1. Section 13 is hereby amended to correct an inconsistency with the top of the RFP and error in the submission deadline in 13.1.
13.1. Submissions must be submitted and received by Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
Addendum 2. The description on Page 1 of the RFP states “…to provide construction consultation services for the construction of up to seventeen (17) homes in Albany’s West Hill Neighborhood.” For purposes of clarity, the following is added to the project’s overall description about the project itself.
The Land Bank plans to construct ten (10) two-family homes with a two-story elevation and seven (7) single-family homes with a two-story elevation as part of this project. Where feasible, homes will be built using modular construction models selected by the Land Bank. Otherwise, homes will be kit or stick built as conditions allow.
Lots are approximately 25’ wide by 120’ deep with some variance. Smaller lots are allocated for single-family homes. Larger lots are allocated for two-family homes.
It is estimated that each two-family home will have two (2) bedrooms on the first floor and (3) bedrooms on the second floor, a total of 2,280 square feet, built on slab. It is estimated that each single-family home will have three (3) bedrooms, a total of 1,520 square feet, built on slab. Actual conditions could require modifications but not substantially different than estimated.
The balance of the initial Request for Proposals remains as originally issued on March 31, 2025.
