It is meeting on March 18, 2025, the land bank selected its officers for 2025. The land bank’s corporation officers play crucial administrative and operational roles that help the land bank fulfill its mission and comply with legal requirements. Officers are authorized by the land bank’s bylaws and while they are also board members, they have a higher level of responsibility including assisting with the implementation of the strategic decisions made by the board; fiduciary duties; and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. These officers are also the Executive Committee of the Board.
