ACLB Holdings, LLC

ACLB Holdings, LLC is a New York single member limited liability company formed by the Albany County Land Bank Corporation in accordance with Article 1607 of the New York Not-for-Profit Corporate Law (NYS Land Bank Act) which permits New York State land banks to organize a subsidiary for a project or projects which the land bank has the power to pursue under the law when the primary reason for which the subsidiary shall be organized shall be to limit the potential liability impact of the subsidiary’s project or projects on the land bank.
