The application is regarding a proposed Certificate of Appropriateness for the property located at 85-59 Broad St, 129 133 Broad St, 137-145 Broad St, 151 Broad St, 155 Broad St, 159 Broad St, 134-138 Clinton St, 145-147 Clinton St, 10 Second Ave, 23 Second Ave, 33 Second Ave, 38 Second Ave, 44 Second Ave, 47 Second Ave, 51-53 Second Ave, 325-331 S. Pearl St., 1 Teunis St, 36 Third Ave and 4 Teunis, 29 Third Ave, 33-35 Third Ave, 47-57 Third Ave, 117 Clinton Ave, 20 Stephen St, 8-16 Teunis St, 22-28 Teunis St, 15-25 Teunis St, 27-35 Teunis St. and has been assigned Project Number 00536. The property is owned by the Albany County Land Bank Corporation.

The application involves the construction of 62 residential and mixed-use structures on vacant lots scattered throughout the South End-Groesbeckville Historic District. All interested persons have the opportunity to attend the public meeting and submit comments regarding the proposal outlined above up to 24 hours before the meeting.
