Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy will make an official presentation to the Albany County Land Bank as part of the county’s ongoing commitment to eliminating blight in neighborhoods and providing housing. Since the Land Bank was established in 2014, it has acquired more than 250 properties in the county. In early October, the Land Bank announced that it had expanded its reach in the county through the acquisition of more than 100 properties.
The County Executive will be joined by Chair of the Legislature Sean Ward, Majority Leader Frank Commisso, Minority Leader Frank Mauriello, Watervliet Mayor Mike Manning and Land Bank Executive Director Adam Zaranko on Tuesday, November 15 at 2:30 p.m. at 1216 4th Avenue in Watervliet.
